The TIPSY(TM) hat was designed and invented by Michael Kuluva in 2011. Kuluva’s TIPSY Hats have then gone on to be on fashion week runways around the world, viewed by millions on television shows such as “America’s Next Top Model” plus worn by many many Hollywood celebrities! These iconic hats have been featured in dozens of publications world wide.

Now making their comeback for the 2025 Holiday Season, these fun stylish TIPSY Hats are great gifts for the stocking or even for a co-worker and even a holiday party.

We are the ONLY Tipsy hats on the market that are the ORIGINAL and trademarked (USPTO Serial Number 993333935), All others are copies and are not official TIPSY hats. Please contact us if you see any unofficial TIPSY hats or products including dupes, counterfeits and/or knockoffs.
